[OSGeo-Conf] FOSS4G 2026 Hiroshima Date and 2027 bidding process

Hello Dennis

To the best of my knowledge workshops & conference is from August 30 to
September 5, 2026
About the bidding, I think is best to ask on
https://lists.osgeo.org/mailman/listinfo/conference_dev
And as far as I know it's one bidding process for the next 2 years 2027 and
2028.
But they are the ones that know best.
