[OSGeo-Conf] Discussion period for FOSS4G Europe 2026 open until 21.09.2025

Hi all,

August passed excruciatingly fast, and September is here which can only 
mean one thing - we will have time for a three week discussion period on 
the next FOSS4G Europe 2026. I'm CCing the conference_dev list here 
aswell so we are on the same page :)

We have a proposal to host FOSS4G Europe 2026 conference in Timisoara, 
Romania. Please find the prepared pdf document at OSGeo NextCloud [1].

The discussion is open to anyone interested in the topic and you can 
participate by writing to the conference-europe mailinglist. Feel free 
to raise any questions/concerns - these will help the Timisoara LOC to 
better plan ahead.

I'll collect the questions and answers also to the 
conference-europe-2026 wiki page [2] for easier future reference.

Oh, and let's try to wrap the discussion up by 21.09.
