[OSGeo-Conf] Stepping down from Conference Committee

Dear Sanghee,
Thank you for all the years of dedicated efforts for the conference committee and for organising FOSS4G 2015 Seoul (to which I have great memories!). Although I am sure your experience is not outdated, I can imagine you feel like making place for others to take over. I’m sure it also does not mean the end of your support to the OSGeo community, or at least I hope so!
