[OSGeo-Conf] Stepping down from Conference Committee

Hello Sanghee

I really appreciate your work.
The first conference I attended was the one in Seoul and I have great
memories of it.
Was my introduction to OSGeo and all of its projects.
I really appreciate the efforts you and your team made.
I am 100% sure that your ideas and contributions as an experienced
organizer were extremely valuable in the conference committee.
