<p class="p1">Dear Dennis,</p>
<p class="p1">Thank you again for your detailed responses, and
please accept my apologies for the delayed reply.</p>
<p class="p1">As there are still a few questions related to the
budget. Given your openness to refining it, could you please
provide an updated version of the budget spreadsheet addressing
those points?</p>
<p class="p1">In addition, we would kindly ask you to review the
questions and suggestions in the wiki [1], as there are still a
few items without a response.</p>
<p class="p1">We will slightly postpone the final vote to allow time
for these updates, although timing is not critical given the
current context.</p>
<p class="p2">Many thanks again for your continued effort and
collaboration.</p>
<p class="p1">Best regards,</p>

<div>I would like to address some of the questions in this
email.</div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>The day rate includes drinks throughout the day [eg
tea/coffee/juice/water] and lunch. I will check with our
catering partner in regards to breakfast [eg sandwiches]. I am
sure this can be arranged but will probably affect the budget.</div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>We were given a quote from a local AV Company <a
href="https://bluestoneaudio.co.uk/" moz-do-not-send="true">Bluestone</a>
for £5.326 [incl tax]. We will obviously like to run a test in
regards to the hybrid capacity with Bluestone prior to the
conference hence we put the budget item at £10.000.</div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>We didn't list T-Shirts in the budget since we want to make
these an optional extra. For FOSS4G we were able to print
shirts for about £10 each.</div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>We will need to add the budget for the icebreaker, b2b, and
geochicas event to the budget sheet.</div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>The gala dinner is a ticketed event. I guess the question
is how we budget items that are individually priced but are
included in the registration for sponsors, volunteers, and
travel grant recipients.</div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>We are happy to provide a maximum of 100 student tickets at
a loss and add late tickets at an increased price to cover the
difference.</div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>What is the process for us updating the budget sheet? Would
you prefer viewing access to the google document? Or should we
attach an export of the document once we updated the tickets
prices and social events.</div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>We would welcome a move to use a github repo which would
allow us to modify already uploaded files.</div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>Best,</div>
