Site support

Ladies & gentlemen,

we set up a support project [1] to organise site support in a single,
easy to find location and to make sure we, as community, have an
efficient approach to helping each other with using and improving the
site.

To leverage answers already given, the support project suggests users
who have an issue, request, or suggestion to (a) first consult the
documentation, (b) then search the mailing list, (c) and post a message
on the mailing list if it has not yet been posted.  If it is clearly a
bug or an enhancement request, users can file a bug report or
enhancement request in the project's tracker.

Anybody can join the support project and help others, both answering
questions on the list, writing documentation, or handling bug reports or
enhancement requests so let me know if you're interested!  Also, any and
all feedback, comments, thoughts, and questions about this site support
project are very welcome!
