[OSGeo-Discuss] OSGeo Project Reference Implementations

I was looking for something to reference.  Perhaps we could create a section
of the OSGeo wiki for reference implementations and "how to's."  Resources
like these are good for newbies like myself to refer to for helping us get
up and running with OS goodies.
