He's the remote sensing head in China who's spearheading the OSGeo China
effort. I met with him and mentioned that you were doing this.

Of course, had you been in OSGeo, he'd have known about it ;-)

Who is Professor Chen, what is he doing? I hope he's not working on a
PostGIS FDO also, that would be an unfortunate duplication of effort.
