No they are not. I found out about them when I visited them. We're
working with you guys, I thought.

They did not contact the FDO team. In fact, one of the things I liked
about them is that they've done a bunch of work on OGR, MapServer, and
FDO that they'd like to integrate, and want assistance on how to do it.

Ah, that's actually only two, since Matuesz is working for us.  Still  
two is one too many.  Any way to get in touch with the china group?   
Are they working closely with you?  I would have thought that the act of
talking to Autodesk development team (as we have done) would be
sufficient to avoid this kind of thing.  Did they not contact the FDO
team before starting?
