Tyler,

Currently I think only Daniel Brookshier has update privileges on the web
site.  Just email the changes directly to him.

In the slightly longer term, we hope to establish a web site committee -
that is a set of volunteers, to help maintain the web site.  Anyone with
good HTML skills and an interest in spending some time helping maintain
the web site might want to drop an email to board at board.osgeo.org indicating
your willingness and background.
