Updated attendees list

Hi all,
I updated the Chicago meeting attendees list:
https://www.osgeo.org/content/governance/meeting_notes/02_04_06/participants.html

Can you take a moment to check it.  I added a bunch of links to
companies/projects, and I added a column specifying who are Members or
on the Board.  I also put a project or two wherever I could think of
one, but trying to keep the list short.  If there is anything you'd like
changed, let Daniel B or I know - thank you.
