OSGeo support protocol draft

All,

I was asked to draft a set of guidelines that could be used to solicit
support form OSGeo, in the form of a letter of support, for a particular
project. I posted this on the Wiki: http://wiki.osgeo.org under "Current
Proposals and Documents in Editing Process". This document is titled:
"Protocol for requesting a letter of support". Comments are requested.
