Hi everybody

Just to inform that an unofficial translation (into Portuguese) of 
OSGEO's Foundation Press Release was posted at 
http://www.geolivre.org.br/modules/news/article.php?storyid=75

The Geolivre community is an attempt to unite professionals, students 
and enthusiasts of FOSS-based geomatics in Brazil.  It started as a 
local MapServer discussion list and nowadays it has nearly 800 members, 
who contribute actively to the widespread use of FOSS for Geomatics.
