Just for a bit of context about how the tag-line will be used...  In most 
cases the tagline/slogan/motto will be used in conjunction with the OSGeo 
logo.  So there will be the compass, plus the word "OSGeo.org" and then under 
it will be the tagline.  The tagline, if it's catchy or inspirational, may 
also be used in the text on adverts or brochures.

As noted earlier, for now we are just using the full name of the organisation: 
"The Open Source Geospatial Foundation" as the interim tagline.
