Request for Proposal for Hosting 2007 Conference

The OSGeo Conference committee would like to announce a request for 
proposal, or RFP, (available at 
http://community.osgeo.org/files/osgeo-conference-2007-request-for-proposal.pdf) 
for the hosting of the 2007 conference.  After a very successful FOSS4G 
2006 conference in Lausanne Switzerland (http://www.foss4g2006.org/), 
OSGeo aims for the 2007 conference to be *the* geospatial conference of 
the year.  The RFP solicitation closes Dec 1st, 2006.
