A quick scan of Wikinfo would seem to indicate that it intends filling the 
gaps that wikipedia has forcefully created. But I think it needs a lot more 
input yet - there are lots of red links in the sections I went through :)

Thanks for the link - it looks like it will solve my other problems as well!
