[OSGeo-Discuss] Resource viewer for grama panchayat

Dear Jaisen,



It is a positive step towards the development of micro-level resource
analyzing tool in Open Source. We (C-DIT) started a work similar to this
about six years back at Karakulam Grama Panchayat, Thiruvananthapuram. But
due institutional constraints we stopped.  You can contact me in my
