Suchith,
How can OSGeo members help with this initiative and how/where do you  
see overlap with any OSGeo current activities?  Sounds like a very  
good development for keeping the ICA's eyes open about new  
technology.  Thanks for sharing and looking forward to your guidance  
and ideas.
