I think I've seen some IRC traffic on this so someone in OSGeo probably
has an opinion on this. - Alex

Dear All,
We (Chaowei Yang and Rob Raskin) are writing an editorial introduction
manuscript to Distributed Geographic Information Processing (DGIP)
research for the upcoming IJGIS special issue on DGIP. To make sure that
it is inclusive and reflects the cutting-edge development, we will
invite ~5 experts to review/screen the paper. Please email me if you or
someone you know would be able to serve as a reviewer.
The manuscript will be around 3000 words with no figure/table. It will
be ready for reviewing late Nov or early Dec. We look for a quick review
in about two weeks after recived the manuscript.
Best Regards,
Phil
