[OSGeo-Discuss] GeoFOSS LiveDVD - test it before we burn it

Mostly it's an Alpha because all the others were alphas, and we wouldn't
want this release to feel left out.
It's a good point though.  This dvd is really a proof of concept, and
while the finished product could easily be a 1.0 release, the process we
used to produce it certainly is not.  We've got a long way to go.  Our
end goal is the 2009 conference, with this years as the first
milestone.  I certainly hope to continue refining the dvd, though we
will likely focus on properly packaging what we've already included
before we do much more with the content.  Hopefully we'll work some of
this out at the BOF session
