Hi Judit,

This help me a lot! thanks :). It seems that "Redirect fixer" user changed the 
redirection to "DASH". The one before this change was this link: 
http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Geodata_Licensing see history of the page: 
http://wiki.osgeo.org/index.php?title=Geodata_Licensing_Working_Group&action=history

Jo Walsh was the last editor before "Redirect fixer". "Redirect fixer" seems 
to be a bot ;)

Do we need to remove last change? I think we have to.
