Michael,
I happen to have 10 Arramagong LiveDVDs in my bag, and using some 
kitchen scales, I can get some rough answers for you:

10 DVDs + Plastic sleeve + unfolded paper insert, the size of the DVD = 
220 grams. +/- 10 grams.
Ie, 22 gms each.

For completeness, I also weighed 30 random CDs without covers = 480 gms 
+/- 10 gms
Ie 16 gms each
