Hi Tomasz,
I have just taken a closer look onto the website and the registration form. 
It seems that the conference is meant rather as a training event. If it would be a typical conference I would be happy to submit one or two presentations from CASCADOSS project:
evaluation of FOSS4G software projects (markteing, technical and economical aspects), or analysis of bussiness models bound to FOSS4G. 
Will the training materials be published?

Your target community (geodetic surveyors) is really huge in Poland. If you manage to increase the interest in FOSS4G there - it would be a big step in application of OSS in the country - right at the source of high scale GIS data (-;

I am looking forward to the outcome of this unformal meeting, hoping that the chapter will grow and represent more and more FOSS4G actors in Poland, also from other thematic communities. (-:

The first chapter meeting is open (the list of participants is not
closed) and has an open outline.
