[OSGeo-Discuss] buildbot.osgeo.org will be down for upgrade

Folks,

I'm going to put the Buildbot down (in minutes) and
upgrade [1] to the latest software.

It's also a good time to apply any fixes to configuration, so please let
me know if anything needs to be fixed.
