[OSGeo-Discuss] OGC + OSGeo > CSS Standards Problem?

How about a test case to see if things can get better? There's now
three extant approaches for doing map styling as CSS, here's the
latest:

All the implementors so far are open source. Standardizing this could
be a big win to a lot of folks. How can OGC help?
