Hi!

thank you for the segnalations.
It's interesting the website
"econnect" and yes, I have downloaded the ASTER GDEM from the NASA
website, but now I had to sample some stream and spring waters around
alps so I'm searching a topographic map or an ortophoto with the aim to
organize well the logistics.

For Italy I have found this web site:

http://www.pcn.minambiente.it/PCNDYN/catalogowms.jsp?lan=itf
with the
IGM topographic maps.
There is somethin like for Alps area or for
Austria, Switzerland, France and NW Ex-Yugoslavia area?

Thank you very
much!
Marco

Hi Marco,

Give a look to this site:
http://gis.eurac.edu

If you find any collection you need, probably we
can provide it.

Let me know.

Stefano

Hi!

I'm doing a work on Alps using
grass.
Somebody knows where I can
find a topographic map of Europe (or
of the Alps area)?
For the Italy I
found an italian web site, but I
have no data for Austria, Switzerland,
France and NW Ex-Yugoslavia
area.
For the geology I saw the portal of
onegeology...

Somebody can
help me?
thank you very much!!
marco
