[OSGeo-Discuss] Spatial query using Maestro

Who knows it is possible to make spatial query using Layer as filter.
I have area - County border. And i like to make filter on roads.
Roads are in Roads Layer,.
Using INSIDE will work but i am not able to put all points from County
border.

i must have something like this.

SELECT * from Roads INSIDE COUNTY

also, whatr happends if this features are not in the same coordinate system.
If one have MGI Zone 5, and second WGS84?
