[OSGeo-Discuss] FOSS4G papers and workshop materials for ELOGeo

When the dust starts to settle from FOSS4G preparation, among other things, my hope is to take content (speakers, workshops) from past FOSS4G events and upload them.  That should be a very interesting exercise :)
