Thanks a lot for this nomination.

I had the pleasure to meet Sanghee Shin this week at FOSS4G Japan in Tokyo
and to listen his talk. Now, I know more about his massive contribution to promote 
OSGeo in Korea.

Hence, I am pleased to second this nomination.
