Dear all,

I have the pleasure to nominate Eric Lemoine as a charter member for OsGeo.

Eric is a developer and PSC member of many OsGeo projects:

* OpenLayers
* GeoExt
* MapFish

He is a leading figure in those communities, and a master in JavaScript
and Python.

Eric is a software engineer / technical leader at CampToCamp in France,
one of leading companies in open source geospatial.
