Great! Please file a SAC ticket to have fr.osgeo.org redirected to
osgeo.fr, osgeo.asso.fr and chapter.osgeo.fr

xx.osgeo.org  (where xx is country code or other geographical/linguistic 
connotation
e.g. eu, jp, etc.) should be redirected local/regional/linguistic 
Chapters, I think.
