Another very impressive publication was just released from the FOSSGIS 
Brasil Team: the third edition of the journal 'Revista FOSSGIS Brasil', 
focusing on the usage of FOSS4G in governments ('Softwares Livres no

Contents include:

- a great article on why FOSS4G is so popular in the Brazil government, 
written by my friends Felipe Costa & Luiz Motta
- articles on WPS, OpenLayers, Geomajas,

- and others...

Do give it a glance, even if it is in a different language for you, to 
see the FOSSGIS Brasil Team's work, and maybe give your own local 
chapter some ideas! :)
