[OSGeo-Discuss] Short report about FOSS4G-CEE 2012 with outlook to coming years

Hi all,
I strongly support continental conferences as they are cheaper to attend
and focused on local issues, easier for small companies to be accessed. I
see the global conference occur every two years and more development -
scientific targeted...
