The current Tier 1 server is Wroclaw University, Poland (master mirror).

Please check if your cronjob points to it (adapt local paths as needed):
/usr/bin/rsync -r --delete --times --links
grass.meteo.uni.wroc.pl::grass /mirror/grass/
