[OSGeo-Discuss] Nomination of Maria Arias de Reyna as OSGeo Charter member

Dear all,

I would like to nominate Maria Arias de Reyna as OSGeo Charter member. 

Maria is an active promotor of open source software and open data in Spain and serves on the board of the Spanish local chapter of OSGeo. She's a true FOSS evangelizer, Open Street Map evangelizer and hardcore Linux Debian user. 

She has also been involved in FOSS development for quite some time, first mainly on routing and at GeoCat on GeoNetwork opensource. She develops plugins for gvSIG and works with many OSGeo packages on a daily basis.
