[OSGeo-Discuss] Nomination for Nobusuke IWASAKI

I also support Iwasaki-san's nomination.  I have been to his area in
Tsukuba, Japan and felt his passion for OSGeo there.  He is very
hands-on, very active, and it would be my pleasure to have him as a
Charter Member, and help the growth of OSGeo.
