[OSGeo-Discuss] New Spanish Speaking Local Chapter [OSGeo-es] Charter Members and Board of Directors

Hi there,

I'd like to announce that the Spanish Speaking Local Chapter
(OSGeo-es) has just ended the Internal Election Process with the
results of 6 new Charter Members (Miembros con Derecho a Voto) [1]_
and the a new Board of Directors (Consejo de dirección) [2]_
