[OSGeo-Discuss] Nomination of Maria Arias de Reyna as OSGeo Charter member

I totally support the nomination.

Not only has been involved in the Spanish Speaking community but also
has a vast knowledge of many FOSS4G apps (and libs) and is always
willing to share her knowledge and guide «lost» people in the truly
FOSS path.

And she also loves cats.
