[OSGeo-Discuss] Nomination for Micho García

I totally support the nomination.

Micho is a great advocate of OSGeo. At the OSGeo Spanish Language Local
Chapter has done a great job to support and encourage initiatives in Latin
America which is one of the outstanding issues of OSGeo.
