As Mike mentioned, the Board apologizes for such confusion.

I know myself, reading Adrian's email, makes me realize that we have no
choice but to spend some effort on updating our Bylaws, before someone
or something happens.

I apologize.

I'll try my best to champion changes needed.  But please, let's all work
on this together.
