[OSGeo-Discuss] time for inspire committee at osgeo?

Hi Jachym,
I am planning to visit FOSS4G this year (have to - my last one was
Lausanne!) - if we can have some sort of structure until then and try to
start with a inital event would be great.
Btw. will u be present on FOSSGIS in Rapperswil?
