The RFC looks good to me too. The process of introducing and passing
proposals is straightforward, with a process for working through
dispute, using methods that we've seen used successfully elsewhere.
I don't have anything to add, except perhaps a mention that
adding/removing individual packages from the distribution doesn't
/necessarily /need an RFC, but that it is good form to announce on the
mailing list in advance of intention to do so.
