[OSGeo-Discuss] [Election 2014] Board Nomination for Vasile Crăciunescu

I fully support Vasile's nomination.

His dedication to the OSGeo principles and efforts for advocacy and 
community building and strengthening have been for a while now exceeding 
the boundaries of the Romanian space. Even though there is no need for 
proof, the existence of geo-spatial.org community says it all.
