Dear OSGeo community,

I'd like to nominate Olivier Courtin, from France, for OSGeo charter
membership.

Olivier is in the MapServer PSC as the creator of TinyOWS, the WFS-T capable
component of the MapServer Suite. He is also a commiter of PostGIS where has
worked on import/export functions, and is busy with the R&D around the 3D
functions of PostGIS (SFCGAL backend).

You may have meet him at various OSGeo related events, code sprints or
conferences, where he regularly gives talks about his work.

Olivier took part to the organization team of the first FOSS4G-FR this year.

Olivier co-founded Oslandia in 2009 with Vincent Picavet, providing
services around FOSS4G and focusing on quality and innovation for opensource
GIS.
