I'm happy to nominate a new major OSGeo and FOSS4G contributor, Kristin Bott.

Kristin Bott is a relative new arrival to PDX-OSGeo and has approached
FOSS4G with such enthusiasm and dedication and adapted her relevant
background experience to FOSS4G/OSGeo that she rapidly became a key
contributor to the FOSS4G LOC.  She has also brought new ideas to the
group and been willing to articulately share them.
