+1 for this nomination.

I have worked with him in  InaSafe/OSM related activities here in Sri
Lanka.

He is extremely energetic, never get tired when he is doing OSM/GeoNode
work and very importantly advocates open source initiatives in difficult
situations.

He has excellent capacity to link different people with OS-Geo projects.
