Hi Johan,
Good idea. You might want to weave in concepts of an OSGeo Code Sprint, 
and/or OSGeoLive event?
Maybe start with an OSGeo-Live lightning presentation, followed by 
specific project development. For general techies, we are always looking 
for testers for our OSGeo-Live quickstarts.
