[OSGeo-Discuss] Possible CS-W Portal Opportunity

Paul, pls keep us current on LL's activities on this.  My interest is
in possible uses by local gov't public safety agencies.

(FYI, I've worked with some LL people back in the late 50's during the
Whirlwind/SAGE days.)
