Hi Margherita, thank you very much for nominating Rashad.

As I've said before, the nomination should be sent to the CRO off-list
so we can confirm that the nominee wants to join the OSGeo Charter
Membership. Then, I need Rashad confirmation here on the list or
off-list to cro at osgeo.org.

As with Milan Antonovic nomination this morning, I won't add them
until I have positive confirmation.
