It's my pleasure to second Andreea's nomination by Markus.  She may come 
off as a little quiet at first, but Andreea is another super active and 
passionate member of the geo-spatial.org/RomaniaChapter.  I am very 
appreciative for all of Andreea's and the geo-spatial.org family's work.
